Exhibitor Registration at Holy Cross Church Hall

Produce, Baking, Preserves, and Crafts entry registration!

This year we will have three areas to cut down the wait time for registering:

• Intake
• Registration
• Display

The intake team will be at the door to help you fill out an exhibitor form and check the category, class, and section of your items for judging.

The registration team will double-check your form, label all of your items, and hand them off to the display team.

The display team will arrange your items for the judges on Friday night and public display on Saturday.

We will have rolling carts and extra volunteers to help move your items through the line, and a dolly to help bring large items like pumpkins in from the Church Hall parking lot.

Please check the number of items in each category required to qualify for judging (for example, peas and beans = 12 pods; potatoes = 4 per type).

Exhibit category winners for agriculture, preserves, baking & crafts will each receive a $50 prize. The Best Overall Exhibitor will be awarded $150.

Youth Categories are judged separately. The Best Overall Youth Exhibitor is awarded $50.
